MY STORY
For 13 years I was a federal special agent with Homeland Security Investigations. I loved that job, and it was 24/7: the car, the phone, the laptop, always on call.
While I was working it, I launched my first coaching business, Catch Flights & Fitness, a fitness program for travelers. I didn't have time to post all day or DM 100 people a night. I had $400 for ads and a paid challenge. That first month made $15K.
That's when it clicked for me: the right ad, the right funnel and the right follow-up bring the leads in for you, so your time goes to the conversations that turn into clients.
In January 2023, I stepped into my business full time. I've run more than 100 paid challenges, earned the nickname "The Fitness Challenge Lady," and built Always a VIP to give coaches and experts the same system.
